This page will allow you to create your Mobile Spy trial version or full version username in four easy steps. Please read the instructions carefully for each step. In the case of any difficulty, please visit our help desk. We are here to resolve any issue you may have.

Creating A Free 7-Day Trial Account

To create a free 7-day trial account, please leave the 0000-0000-0000 in the Registration Code field.

Converting A Trial Account Into A Registered Account

If you purchased Mobile Spy and need to convert your trial account to a full account, please contact our Technical Support Division by calling 1-(888)-475-5345 or by submitting a Support Ticket. Our support team will convert your trial account over into a fully registered account pending verification.

Step 1 of 4: Login Information

Please select a Username and Password which will be used to associate your phone with the Mobile Spy system. The username field MUST contain letters and/or numbers only. No spaces or symbols or your phone will not upload! The username can contain between 4-10 characters. The password field can contain symbols.

Your username should be something unique. We suggest NOT using common words or names to ensure your account's security. Please note your entries somewhere safe before proceeding to the next step.

Step 2 of 4: Registration Code

Upon ordering you should have received a registration code for each license purchased. Please use "Copy" and "Paste" to copy the registration code from your order email. Then paste it to the registration code field below to replace the 0000-0000-0000.

NOTE: Make sure there are no spaces at the end of your registration code. If you have multiple licenses, then you will create a separate username for each license.

Step 3 of 4: Support Email Address

Please enter your email address below. We store this information on our secure server and do not sell or share it with any third party. This information will only be used in case you forget your password or request support for Mobile Spy. You must enter your VALID email address to register your account.
